Integrated Water Management Strategy: Technical Memorandum for the Integrated Regional Water Management Plan for the Greater Los Angeles County Region

This document is one of a series of technical memoranda that provide a foundation for the development of Los Angeles County’s Integrated Regional Water Management Plan (IRWMP). Here the focus is on integrating water management systems across a large and diverse region. After the introduction, a strategic framework for decision making is the focus of the second section. Issues, constraints, and opportunties for integrating water strategies across the region are presented in section 3, and an approach to integration and methods for integrating projects and strategies with other urban management activities are addressed in the fourth section.
